The good news – indeed!

US today: This item is indifferent and thereby meets the subject is not well!

It must be considered whether on the one hand, the batteries were the cause or not or in case of possible design errors. Or external influences such as the failure of electronic devices. And more…

The automotive battery is at least not comparable with a single cell battery in a smart phone, for several reason not. For instance, the development time and testing take longer.

But Samsung is a good example, indeed. Why?

It is committed to a problem quickly and fixed the problem in the situation in short time globally.

They are able to substitute and to eliminate the problem, maybe with the help of experts or other sources. Very fast! So maybe a battery can be eliminated very quickly with a likely separator-problem?

Such errors have been extremely rare. Maybe 10 or 25 billion li-ion batteries or more are used every day worldwide. The experts in the battery industry will take fast such measures that this error does never happen again. Also in the current final diagnosis of the production will be taken into account right away.
